The officer was clean, the staff was very professional, helpful, and caring! I appreciated the fact that as soon as I walked in the door, because it was a leg issue, they suggested and brought me a wheelchair. If I’m in the Kennewick/Richmond area again and need medical care, this is where I will go

Very efficient process for requiem appointment, and then getting in and being seen fairly quickly.
The care given by doc and nurse was excellent! The front desk was absolutely terrible. I came in with fractured leg and was made to get up from seating to go to front desk three different times hobbling back and forth. Very unfriendly and unaware of what was even going on.
No matter why I go in I’m always treated well and promptly I like that I can make an appointment and wait a lot less and that they have an x-ray so I can see if anything is broken.
This was good.
