I took my son there for a suspected broken arm. We scheduled the appointment and were seen within 20 minutes of that time, even on a super busy day. The staff, though super busy, was very nice. The provider was lovely and sympathetic. The x-ray tech was wonderful and took great care of my son. Everyone was great with the referral process, going above and beyond to make sure the documents went to the right place, right away. We will definitely be going back!

The entire staff and Dr were very helpful, cared for my health and were outgoing. This is the first time I ever visit an urgent care in the tri cities and im glad I went to the one in Richland.
