I came to Health First because I couldn't get in to my family doctor for another doctor. But I feel that Zach, the doctor, took care of me better than my family doctor would have. He was polite, professional and able to diagnose my pneumonia quite quickly. I called after my appointment with some questions and he was able to answer me with everything I needed to know.
The Dr I saw was knowledgeable and very good at explaining how he arrived at his conclusion. He shared the data transparently and honestly. The nurses were kind and professional. I liked that I felt in control of my health decisions because I had all the facts.
It was fast and quick from the beginning, but the care was kind and thorough. Every part of the team was kind and helpful and the provider was thorough in his exam and he reassured me about what was going on, encouraged observation after discharge and game me some signs to look out for to head to the Emergency Room if needed. It was a very good clinic.
Was able to get in quickly. Had severe skin allergy and was prescribed meds that cleared up problem quickly. Professional and clean clinic.
The waiting room staff was helpful and patient. The space was clean and large enough that you weren’t sitting right next to another sick person. It’s was a Friday nite and there was at least four ppl in front of me when I arrived, my wait was about 20 min at most. Staff was friendly and kind, took their time listening to me describe my illness. Never felt rushed.
About 30 minute wait and excellent diagnosis and prescription from Nurse Practitioner.
Very professional staff, clean pleasant clinic environment. The radiology technician was amazing. I was a bit disappointed with the rather austere progress note. Overall, I was very glad that the Richland VA sent me there instead of an ER.
