All my interactions were excellent. Dr. McNair was friendly but professional. I was not able to get an x-ray at the Richland Clinic but they called ahead and I was immediately seen at the Pasco Clinic. My online follow-up questions were all responded to in a timely manner. I would definitely use the services of Health First Urgent Care again.

Excellent! This was my 2nd visit there for a knee issue. Both times were 5 stars. Easy to schedule on you app. Both times I was there it was flawless. Seated almost immediately. Staff was efficient and friendly. Hoping I don't have the need to go back but if need medical help, they are my first choice!!!!

This was such awesome experience! I was in the waiting room no longer then 10 min and the nurse took me back and immediately did my vitals and everything when she left the room she said she would be right back with the doctor and that's exactly what she did! The Dr. Came in and was just as pleasant as the nurse and office staff! I felt listened to and cared about! I had an appointment ahead of time and I went in around the time I booked. The receptionist was good and booked me in really quick, the place was clean and I didn't mind being there. Now the dr was very quick and keen to give out drugs. I didn't get a summary of my visit and although I needed antibiotics they had to be chased up by my pcp drs office and another appt the following morning with my pcp because I wasn't sure if the medication prescribed was the right kind, I didn't have faith with this dr..
