The clinic was very clean and well staffed. We were walk-ins, but we’re seen after a short wait. The staff were excellent. We were very satisfied. I am recommending this clinic to friends

Exceptional care! Have been to many urgent cares throughout my life and with my kids here in the tri cities everything from check In to waiting time to the care I received was exceptional. The providers took their time to listen to me and explained things very well. Great place to go for top notch care!

I waited over 30 minutes in the exam room. I expect to wait in the waiting room, but not in the exam room.
Very sympathetic to how I was feeling. Asked a lot of questions and listened to how I felt.

It was awesome, even though they were running very late. My appointment was at 9:15 and I was taken back at 11:00, but the receptionist explained that they were running late when I checked in and apologized and the nurse that took me back to the room also apologized and explained they were short a Dr. The physician was very thorough and explained everything in a manner that I could understand. I know he had to have felt rushed but you would never know it by his manner.
