Everyone was great.
Was greeted by a very pleasant young lady at registration. The PA and staff who saw me were friend and knowledgeable. I was surprised that I was seen so quickly. I had my doubts as in Nov 2023 after Thanksgiving I was at this Urgent Care for over 5 hours. Totally understaffed and unfriendly. I was concerned about returning. But was happy that I gave them a second change.
Nurse Practitioner Daly was fabulous! receptionist was also great! i wanted to wait in car and she offered to call me on phone when i was next!

The reception person was polite and informative. Dr Nanda was very considerate and made me feel at ease. (It would be nice if he had a private practice for me to switch my primary provider). Everyone was great!!
