My only issue was with the APRN, Yarkema Jones. She was in the room for less than a minute and hardly spoke to me besides asking my name and date of birth. Yes I have flu-like symptoms and it was a pretty straightforward process of figuring it out, but she didn’t even talk to me. The nurse who helped and did my testing was amazing and very kind.
Pleased with the service snd diagnosis. Only complaint is the long wait to be seen by the PA. Arrived at noon and didn’t get to be seen until 4 o’clock. The nurse got us into a room around 3:30 pm. Is that the norm.?
The Doc was outstanding, he even called me for follow up the next day. Bravo Zulu Doc

Short wait time. Knowledgeable and responsive doctor. Listened to what I had to say, ordered appropriate tests, sent in prescription to pharmacy. Great overall experience.

Everyone is so helpful, from the front desk who are jumping up to help you and all the medical staff who are very thorough! The wait was a little long but I guess that’s to be expected some times.
