Tech was very good, PA was excellent. Prompt and courteous service.

the sign-in person was very helpful,she gave me a mask to cover my face. she helped me sign in. the aides and dr. were kind and polite.
I came in with a suspected broken hand. I was treated with respect and consideration. I appreciate the care and advice the doctor gave me.

I was welcomed and helped right away by the desk. Checked out by the medical assistant shortly thereafter and was seen by the PA after a short wait. I had my sutures removed and received a prescription for contact dermatitis due to adhesives. I think that I was out of the office in about one hour!
All the services were quick and doctor and nurses explained every procedure thoroughly.
P.a. didn't tell me I needed to contact my cardiologist,because I had to adjust my medication because of COVID prescription. They were however, speedy and polite. I am a transplant patient.
Physician Assistant was very friendly, knowledgeable and listened to what I said. She respected my 35+ years of laboratory testing and did not doubt my self diagnosis. She also knew I had to sleep behind another nightshift and completed my exam and discharge quickly so I could go home to rest.
