I was able to make my appointment online so when I arrived my wait time was at a minimum. All of the staff were pleasant...front desk nurse, the nurse that took my vitals and the Nurse Practitioner and completely efficient. Having to go out and see the Doctor when sick is never a fun time but this was a pleasant and quick experience.
Excellent! From your front office's warm welcome, to the time and care shared by Samantha Rea and Cameron Hooper, I felt that my issues were important, and all questions that could be answered were thoroughly addressed. Cameron shared additional insight into Workman's Comp processes, and I am very grateful for that, as this is my first (and hopefully only) WC experience. My MRI is scheduled at TGH Imaging tomorrow, and I'll see Cameron again on Saturday. Thank you all so very much! Jonathan Usdin
This particular facility is not the best in my opinion. They seem to not have proper supplies or staff or someone is just lazy. The doctor (NP) did great. I was pleasantly surprised. He was very thorough. I would recommend him. The receptionist needs better training on customer service.

The provider was thorough in her assessment and listened to my concerns, she validated my thought process regarding appropriate diagnostic testing and follow-up and helped schedule them while keeping in mind my preferences for location and the urgency involved. I've always gotten great care here and this time was no exception!
