I arrived back from Scotland and went directly to Urgent Care with what felt like fever, chills, constant cough and sinus issues. The staff was so good and helped me with the sign in process as a new client and within minutes i was with Dr. Kailunas and being treated. She prescribed medicine for chronic bronchitis, acute sinus infection and cough. Thanks to excellent treatment and medicine I am getting quite well. You have a great practice. J.Welch, Zilrconia, NC

Staff is very friendly helpful.
Had Covid and strep tests done due to head cold and very sore throat. Both tests negative. Doc listened to my concerns and prescribed meds to relieve my symptoms. That was less than 2 days ago. I’m improving but still quite contested.

From the receptionist, to the MA, to the Doctor. I am very impressed with the service I received for my Prince Da'Vion. I appreciate the receptionist going the extra mile to help me confirm my insurance. The MA was very nice and the doctor was sweet and smart with getting my son back to normal and healing his issue.
