Even though it was Friday afternoon, I did not have a long wait. Julie, the Physician Assistant, was pleasant and professional. I was in and out of the facility in 45 minutes.
The Covid test was perfect. However, I was surprised when I was told I had to have the test there even though I explained I lived over two hours away. Also, I believe the reminder should have come earlier in the day.
Very comprehensive, clearly explained diagnosis and treatment plan. Clearly, a well trained professional.
As soon as I was seen my problem was solved and it resolved itself in a few days

I was very pleased with my visit
I had a 10:30 appointment but Still had to wait an hour to be seen. I had the flu and felt awful. The nurse and doctor were both extremely nice. When I got there there was only 2 people ahead of me in the waiting room. Soon after the lobby was full and they called in about 1 person every 30 minutes. They said 2 days for results of my PCR test- I haven’t received results yet.
We have used Fast Track several times for our family and have never been disappointed. Diana was wonderful with our special needs son and really listened to what I was saying. She prescribed something for him that worked.
