Pre op Covid testing
Brandon was great.
All staff very friendly and professional. Well organized & efficient. Nurses Olga and Shana impressed me with their competence, patience, and kindness.
I had pain in knee area and was concerned with protrusion on right knee (below kneecap). X-rays were taken to confirm status.
Everything went well. Person at front desk was helpful especially with filling out the lengthy forms. Holly who actually listened to me and helped me was also very helpful. She is a super communicator and patient with people who are hard of hearing like me.
I waited from 7:30-8am. I was first in like. Got in and signed in and the receptionist was clearly annoyed that people where waiting outside to be seen. I know it sucks to wake up early and you open and there is already a line but that’s what an urgent care is. I was called back second even though I was first to check in. I let it go. The staff in the back were nice and the doctor was nice and it was a quick visit from there. No info given to me about billing which is weird.
