I waited from 7:30-8am. I was first in like. Got in and signed in and the receptionist was clearly annoyed that people where waiting outside to be seen. I know it sucks to wake up early and you open and there is already a line but that’s what an urgent care is. I was called back second even though I was first to check in. I let it go. The staff in the back were nice and the doctor was nice and it was a quick visit from there. No info given to me about billing which is weird. Other than the wait I found my first visit to temporarily take care of my need. Dr Victoria took her time and resolved my issue in a very professional and kind manner. Office staff professional and caring.

Ryan Navarre, our PA-C, was very gentle with my mothers injury. He took his time, making sure she was ok. I could tell he actually felt compassion for my Mother..
