My experience was good. The only thing bad was waiting in the hot car on a hot day for about an hour.
I was in for a very bad reaction to a chemo type cream used on my face. The situation was a little out of her realm, but she took a picture and immediately reached out to others for help. She couldn't solve the problem but she gave me an idea to help it. She also told me I needed to see my dermatologist ASAP. Good advice which I followed.
Got an appointment the same morning I called Service was great and thorough
The lady at the front desk was Very nice and polite. She gave me anything I needed to get started. The wait was short maybe 10 minutes. The 1st person took my temp and blood pressure and was also very polite. The doctor soon came in and was knowable and put me at ease. I was very satisfied with everyone there. Thank You.

Everyone was very polite and professional. I just think when someone doesn’t feel well they shouldn’t have to fill out lots of paperwork especially after submitting ID, insurance and form of payment. Otherwise I felt competent that the nurse and doctor knew what they were doing.

We were pleased with the ease of access to assistance. Staff were highly professional, thorough and sympathetic. A+
