It was well organized, quick and professional. My only issue was that I did not get a call for a Monday appt until Saturday. This was a mandatory COVID test before a scheduled procedure and having some lead time to schedule the test with work scheduling is appreciated.
We had a difficult time maneuvering between the cones. When we finally arrived at our location we waited for someone to come out of the trailer and had to blow the car horn to come wait on us. I see no need for 2 people at this station. Both were professional but cold, unfriendly and in a hurry to go back inside the trailer.
TGH Urgent Cares virtual experience helped move me toward health in a clear, caring and effective manner. Video connection was easy and follow through on required medications was quick. Thank You!

Nice facility. Clean and well-staffed. Overall, the sense of urgency matched ours and we were attended to almost right away. The nurse practitioner was a fast and loud talker in a tiny room. Her voiced was whiny and grating. Maybe it was my raging fever! I would recommend that people go to THIS facility rather than clogging up the E.R.
