We have used Fast Track several times for our family and have never been disappointed. Diana was wonderful with our special needs son and really listened to what I was saying. She prescribed something for him that worked.
Very Well, quick
Quick and efficient. Not very personable. I was greeted with, “ show me your I’d”. Not hi, how are you doing, welcome or something more polite than show me your I’d.
Very professional and courteous from the time I checked in till the time I was released. Thanks for the care.
Everything was great. I would have given a 5 star if only nurse Jordan has found my vein for IV. She didn't and backed away and an experienced friendly nurse used my right hand, no problem. Please train Ms. Jordan. Thanks
It was a good experience. The wait wasn't excessive. The nurse practioner was pleasant and thorough.
Things went pretty well. Without knowing staffing levels I find it difficult to assess the the wait time but it did see a little long since not many patients were in the lobby. Diana was quite capable and answered all my questions efficiently. I. Was told that someone would make a follow up appt with an orthopedic. I asked them to make the appt after July 5th since I was going out of town. Unfortunately, it appears that information was lost along the way and I was informed my appt was for 29 Jun. My experience was very good.
THG took very good care of me when I went for my procedure earlier today. The check-in was timely, the nurses were friendly, caring and attention to detail. My anesthesiologist, Dr. Petal, & team, and, my Doctor, Dr. Lynch & her team were all on top of their game! They even made my husband, Larry, feel comfortable and a part of my care. I highly recommend Tampa General Hospital!
