Excellent organization, little wait, very professional assistance, and a great resolve! I was very pleased!
The front desk assistants were wonderful! Welcoming, accommodating, and considerate. The PA was amazing also and the doctor competent. Though it took two hours of waiting and service I was informed by the front desk person that it would take that long. I was only disappointed that the doctor did not have the equipment necessary to complete the procedure, though I called prior to deciding on this facility to ensure they could take care of my issue. Quick, they did the necessary test, NP super nice
PA was very nice and understanding, MA was very nice and efficient
provider was very nice. other than that, the wait was horrific, they had one doctor in office, there were people leaving due to the wait. when i finally got called back 2 hours later, i was tested negative for both things, and was told any of the meds they could provide were all on back order and unavailable. 3 stars only due to the provider being nice and professional.
