Didn't have to wait to long. My doctor went over my symptoms, meds. Ordered x-rays to rule out bronchitis. Making sure my lungs are clear Seems to be a doctor who listens with concern about your symptoms so she knows she covering all your medical issues. Very kind. Wish she was my regular doc. Thank you so much for listening.
My experience was quick, everyone we interacted with was kind and professional, the building was clean and spacious, and this is where I tell people to go if they need urgent care.

Entire staff was very friendly and helpful from the minute I walked in until I left. Doctor was great asked questions and actually listened to what my concerns were .
wait time was a bit long but understandable. Woman in the waiting room was coughing non-stop without a mask on. I know these can be touchy times about wearing a mask but since she didn't have the common sense to do so, I think it would have been ok if a staff member suggested she wear one to protect the staff and others waiting. Check in staff, nurse and PA were all extremely friendly, professional and concerned about my issue and helped resolve it. Well done!
I can’t remember any names but both the purse and PA were amazing! So kind and helpful. I had to get a strep test which I’m bad at and the nurse was so kind and gentle. It was overall an amazing experience and I’m feeling much better

With the exception of a $250 hold on my credit card it was fine ( note that I called my insurance co first Medicare advantage UHC Advantage PPO and it's only a flat $40 for my visit)
There is only one provider at this location so if you don’t get there before they open, you will wait for hours. Otherwise, love TGH.
