The staff was very nice and listened to me about concerns. Would most likely if ever the need arises us them again and also recommend to others.
Customer Service is not their priority. Front Desk interaction was fine but once, you get processed in the back I don't think the girl A) wanted to be there and B) cared. I've heard mixed reviews about the service and I see why.
I called to make an appointment with my primary care doctor and I was told he was transferred to the Sun City branch. Since he only wants to see once a year; I figured I could make the visit. I called and was told he out on personal leave for 6 to 7 weeks. I needed to get a refill on blood pressure medication and I had injured a finger. Dr. Busic was quite wonderful. Very good The PAs seemed to be right on about what I needed and listened to the problems I had with the MD at Bayfront Health .
The NP was very helpful and took the time I needed. She was very nice and compassionate.
Excellent organization, little wait, very professional assistance, and a great resolve! I was very pleased!
The front desk assistants were wonderful! Welcoming, accommodating, and considerate. The PA was amazing also and the doctor competent. Though it took two hours of waiting and service I was informed by the front desk person that it would take that long. I was only disappointed that the doctor did not have the equipment necessary to complete the procedure, though I called prior to deciding on this facility to ensure they could take care of my issue.
