I only waited about 10 minutes before I was called back. Staff was great. I will definitely refer this facility to family and friends.

Reception staff and medical staff were professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
The staff was very nice and listened to me about concerns. Would most likely if ever the need arises us them again and also recommend to others.
Customer Service is not their priority. Front Desk interaction was fine but once, you get processed in the back I don't think the girl A) wanted to be there and B) cared. I've heard mixed reviews about the service and I see why.
I called to make an appointment with my primary care doctor and I was told he was transferred to the Sun City branch. Since he only wants to see once a year; I figured I could make the visit. I called and was told he out on personal leave for 6 to 7 weeks. I needed to get a refill on blood pressure medication and I had injured a finger. Dr. Busic was quite wonderful.
