Everyone was very pleasant and efficient - just took me 2 hours to see anyone.
Wait seemed extremely long for the number of patients waiting, but once in triage the visit went smoothly and quickly
I needed a staple removed and that was accomplished. Office was not very busy based on there being only 2 cars in parking lot, but the waiting time seemed to be long.
Excellent care. Proper medicine. All cleared within a week.
The wait time was longer than expected. I thought one hour in the exam room was excessive after the previous hour in the outside waiting room.. The nurse practioner was very pleasant and efficient once she got to me. It was disconcerting to read my visit summary identifying my R eye instead of the L eye as the area involved.
Employees were efficient. Clinic was clean & comfortable. Was told it was a one hour wait but was there 3 hours. Only 20 minutes of time being treated.
The Urgent Care is within walking distance of our apartment. We have used this location many times especially when we needed Covid testing before a cruise. Everyone there has been very helpful and caring. Thanks!
I used the On My Way feature and arrived at my designated time. The whole process was so efficient, I was probably only there for 20 minutes total and left with a prescription for my issue.
I was seen by Jessica Feronti PA and the nurse that was in that day (I forgot her name), and they were amazing. They were kind, helpful and very efficient. I would recommend! And the wait was short!
