With the exception of a $250 hold on my credit card it was fine ( note that I called my insurance co first Medicare advantage UHC Advantage PPO and it's only a flat $40 for my visit)
There is only one provider at this location so if you don’t get there before they open, you will wait for hours. Otherwise, love TGH.

The doctor was informative and answered all my questions
It was a long wait but no one can control who needs care at any given moment. My nurse practitioner seemed to thoroughly check me out, diagnosis my issues & provide a Rx.
Nurse practitioner was excellent. The wait was unacceptable. Said I was on my way for 8:45 visit got there at 8:20 checked in and was called in till 10:15am. I was told I was #5. The gentlemen who was there at 8 didn’t get in till close to 9:30. This is just not acceptable . I don’t know whose fault it is but something needs To be done. Hire more or follow a schedule. You should not have to wait that long when your not feeling well
The whole staff was extremely nice and efficient with the amount of people they were processing at one time.
I got what I needed and help with my health problem. I thought that the wait to see the provider was too long, especially since I was the first patient of the day. I thought that the provider could have spent a little more time with me. The front desk person was nice and helpful.
I really appreciated the time the nurse and PA took talking with me and explaining how my symptoms aligned with the probably diagnosis, how long it would take for final test results and what we could do in the meantime. Given that it was Easter Sunday, I especially appreciated the positive attitude!
