It was great as I was seen immediately and was taken care of quickly.
I got in and out in 30mins. I feel I got a good diagnosis and the correct medication. Everyone seemed truly interested I my best care. Thank you.

Your call back progress needs some work. I was called and message left to call office for results. I called the number that was given and it sent to billing. I opt to get text response. Which was fine. The response give was negative but no follow up or next steps.
I’m so impressed with my recent visit. My last visit I was unimpressed with the care and the cleanliness but when I walked in I was greeted with a smile, waiting only 5 min had an amazing nurse and the room I went to was clean and updated. My APRN was very thorough, listened and answered all of my questions. She left briefly as she called in my meds and came back in to let me know she had and I was checked out. Thank you tgh for making the changes at this facility. If I am in need of urgent care I will be back.
