I made an appointment on line & was taken to examining room within 15 minutes of appointment time. Heard several people in waiting room who were told they would have an hour to hour & half wait time. The PA was very efficient & requested xray & put my knee in a brace. Told to see Ortho & received notice of appointment on 1/9 @ 9 am, Only Negative, on Fri. 1/6 received message Dr. wouldn't be in, call to reschedule & then received another appointment for 1/20.
Extremely positive experience as I was diagnosed with Covid. Courteous, thorough and highly professional. I. Will return if need arises.

Everything went very well. The receptionist and PA were excellent. Also the person who took my vitals was great. Everything went like clockwork- no waiting.

The desk staff were patient and helpful - but the wait times were way longer than normal (~4 hrs). No obvious triage method either. Once admitted the staff did great helping us address the illness. It’s not in TGH’s control but the clientele in the wait room were particularly snippy and incredulous, but the TGH staff remained calm.
Doctor and staff were prompt and professional.
