Staff was very friendly. The wait time was ridiculous. I waited 2 1/2 hours.

All staff was very professional and welcoming. They were on time with my appointment.
Doctor referred me to emergency room and I was admitted.
Seen in a timely manner. Staff were all friendly and the provider treated my issue appropriately. Would recommend a seminal facility.
Easy access quick care assessment of my problem was spot on. Called back for drug I thought I had but did not. Scrip was called in quickly. I loved everything about visit. Now I just have to get over my creeping crud. Thank you all for excellent care
The phlebotomist that was supposed to do a normal blood draw did not know what she was doing. She did not have enough experience. She poked me with the same needle twice in two different areas. That is very wrong.!! I told her from the get-go I am a very hard stick. She decided to try anyway as soon as I told her to not stick me anymore, she walked out of the room and then I got a referral to go to the lab a few miles away I went to the lab and told the same thing I am a very hard stick.
