This was my first visit to your urgent care facility; we just moved to Florida 2 months ago. Was pleased to only have to wait one hour in the very busy waiting room. Was called in, attended to appropriately and put in a room till the PA came in with the results of the urinalysis. He explained the medication he was prescribing, gave his medical advice and I was able to leave. Everything was done as I had expected and it was a positive experience. Intake, eval and NP visit were all professional, fast and effective. Nice bright roomy facility.
I used fast trac appointment setting. Everything went so smoothly and quickly. Everyone was very helpful and professional!! I also appreciate that I could wait in my car and wait to be called!
The care was good. The wait time to be seen was really long. Definitely a better option than being in an ER. Given that it was New Years Day Lindsey the PA went the extra steps to make sure I was able to get the medication I needed.
