The phlebotomist that was supposed to do a normal blood draw did not know what she was doing. She did not have enough experience. She poked me with the same needle twice in two different areas. That is very wrong.!! I told her from the get-go I am a very hard stick. She decided to try anyway as soon as I told her to not stick me anymore, she walked out of the room and then I got a referral to go to the lab a few miles away I went to the lab and told the same thing I am a very hard stick. The provider was great. He was very professional and helpful. The hour long wait for my scheduled appointment was a bit disconcerting though.

Doctor Robson was very understanding and helpful with my ailment. She suggested some doctors to help my ailment in the future.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The doctor truly was kind and knowledgeable. Not sure if it was because I was sick or not, the wait time in the waiting area seem to drag. Other than that I would definitely recommend this place!
The Front desk staff is always super friendly and helpful. A very Smooth process. The nursing staff and PAs are prompt, thorough and super friendly and helpful. I’ve never had a long wait .
Very clean and efficient however even with a 915 appointment wait time was 30+ minutes
