Great staff, very focused on the patients needs.
The wait was extremely long, service with the provider was great. It took several phone call the day of my appointment into next day after to get my prescriptions sent. That was the worst part of my experience with this urgent care facility.

Fast professional consideration
Although there was a kind of a long wait, it is expected at a medical facility. Everyone was extremely nice and pleasant. I was in and out and by the time I cranked up my car, my meds were ready at the pharmacy. TGH is always my favorite.
Over 2 hour wait to be seen but otherwise service was good.
The tome took my visit was fast, The front desk did very good as well the doctor. I took like 20 minutes
They got me checked in and out in a short period of time, they knew they couldn’t take care of me there and sent me right away to TGH, where they took care of me using the information submitted by Urgent Care.
