no antibiotics--had to go to the ER two days later for meds, xrays and breathing treatments
The staff is friendly. Doctor spent the time with me. However, the service was slow.
The office is quick and for the most part comprehensible care
my experience was good until I went to get my meds and they sent them to a totally different pharmacy than the one they asked me I would like them sent to. Which caused an hour and a 1/2 delay at the pharmacy and this was after i figured out they sent them to the wrong place. I had to call the wrong place and have them cancel it there so it could be run thru my insurance at the pharmacy i asked them to send to. very disappointing when so sick and weak to mess around like that.
I received sound medical advice in an efficient manner in a modern and clean facility. I will would not hesitate to return
Called ahead for appointment, got a 7PM appointment, arrived at 6:45. Filled out paperwork and then waited until 7:25 to be taken into the BP/Temp etc room. Shortly after the BP and Temp was taken I went into another room. The doctor came in, introduced herself. She examined me, communicated well and made me feel as if I were her only patient. All in all, the only reason I did not give you 5 stars was due to the wait. Nice job!
Very clean . Staff are very nice. I would go back again.
