The staff from the front desk to the PA I saw were extremely friendly and compassionate. I took off a star just because the wait was pretty long. I made an appt but it took an hour almost before I was brought to a room. Then I was there another 2 hours to get an xray of my arm and wait for it to be read.
I went expecting to have a long wait. Trying to get faster appointments with primary and specialist can prove to be challenging. I have been to this urgent care previously and just waited however long I had the. This visit was so much better. The front desk was very helpful. Stephen the PA was professional and caring. His recommendations gave me relief and he actually took the time to look at my records and make sure that I got what I needed because I have multiple things going on. This visit was such a relief.

Usually, I have no problem getting to my chart. But lately, your new “ security” system is troublesome, to me anyway. You send a code to my email and when I’m using my cell phone, I lose y My page on my chart so I have to repeat. Too many times!!!! Why is it code necessary?

Very long wait - over 2 hours. Not really urgent care. Person checking me in was VERY SLOW. Triage nurse was good as was PA
