Usually, I have no problem getting to my chart. But lately, your new “ security” system is troublesome, to me anyway. You send a code to my email and when I’m using my cell phone, I lose y My page on my chart so I have to repeat. Too many times!!!! Why is it code necessary?

Very long wait - over 2 hours. Not really urgent care. Person checking me in was VERY SLOW. Triage nurse was good as was PA
The wait was long but the dr. And staff were very professional.

Came in for swollen glands and sore throat. Wait time wasn’t too bad. Gave me prescriptions to fill and I was on my way.
Clean office, quick service and kind professional staff. I will definitely return when I return to this area.
