Very excellent job.
My wife and I have had 4 occasions to use this facility the first three times I was treated by Lindsey.she was very professional and made sure that I understood everything and prescribed the proper medicine for a prompt recovery. On June 14, 2023:, my wife had a few medical.problems. she was treated by Brandon. At all times he was a perfect gentleman. He reassured my wife that she would be fine. He was professional at all times.. It should also.be noted that the support staff is remarkably friendly and competent.
Doctor Victoria did amazing, she really cared about my son being sick she listen my concerns and we went back home with the treatment my son needed in order to get better, definitely seems that she has passion to care for patients health …!!!
Had a great experience and will go back if ever needed.

The Wesley Chapel location is always prompt and courteous from check in to check out ! It’s an asset to have the TGH Urgent Care in our area.
Most everything went well. Registration process was long and had to be completed on my phone before I cud see the Doctor. For a walk in linic which cud easily be urgent this took a lot of time to complete. Everyone was pretty helpful and the RN, Victoria, was great.
You were friendly, professional and attentive to my needs.
The staff from the front desk to the PA I saw were extremely friendly and compassionate. I took off a star just because the wait was pretty long. I made an appt but it took an hour almost before I was brought to a room. Then I was there another 2 hours to get an xray of my arm and wait for it to be read.
