Outstanding. Totally impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the entire staff of TGH Urgent Care!
Staff was very comforting and welcoming. Everyone treated me with respect and showed concern for what my visit was for. I was relieved to get a quick diagnoses and learn nothing serious was going on. Some simple prescriptions to alleviate the minor upper respiratory infection and I'm feeling 10x better less than 24 hours later.

I was greeted immediately upon my arrival. The staff was friendly and informative. The only concern that I had was the wait time. It was a long wait. However the staff informed me that the wait was going to be a challenge. The PA was attentive. I have used your services in the past and will continue to do so.
Jesse was PHENOMENAL!! So helpful while registering! Madison good at front desk, as well. My medical provider Kelly, was exceptional! She was concise and welcomed questions, while she educated me on what was happening/what I needed to do. I will DEFINITELY BE BACK FOR CARE, AS NEEDED. Thanks so much to your wonderful staff!
On Saturday, June 17, the nurse and the ARNP worked together to clean and wrap automobile accident injuries that had not been cared for at a hospital in Jacksonville on June 16. They were superb! Their excellence, compassion, and kindness were extraordinary!
The receptionist was so patient with me trying to pre-register which I figured out eventually....
Once I was seen, I was treated well and the follow up with test results was very good. My only “needs improvement”is there is a need to improve the filling out forms process. I have difficulty with near vision and with ability to write (because I have Parkinson’s. It would be great if you had large print tablets with the pages on itm
