the staff was very helpful when signing in, and Dan the assistant to the doctor was kind and concerned for the issue I was dealing having with my right eye, he made arrangements to see an eye doctor and even called me later to see how I was doing. He was very professional in his care for me. Thanks to all I'm back home and recovering. Thank You!

Everything went smoothly. I major issue was having to check it using mychart just because I have an active account. Does not make sense. What if I didn't have my phone to check. This process is VERY inconvenient. On a previous visit my husband went and I had to forgot login and forgot password before he could even be seen. That's ridiculous
