Did not wait long. I was seen promptly. Friendly, caring, explained everything and told me to come back in couple days if not better. Meds sent to pharmacy immediately.
Great. Care was efficient and seemed to be accurate. my only problem was with the receptionist. She didn’t speak loud enough from behind the glass panel.
Got there first thing in the morning, was taken right on my nurse was awesome, and my x-ray technician was super as well. Great experience.
A really easy process and good experience. I found the office online with google and made an appointment at the 11969 Sheldon Rd location, but when I arrived several people had just walked in so that is also an option. I waited probably 15min till I was called back. Everyone was professional and polite. Nice, friendly staff.
Selecting a walk in time made no difference and I still had to wait an hour and a half to be seen. How can this busy clinic only have One physician? She was wonderful and made it worth the wait with the help and information she provided!!

The Dr. I saw was very good. She explained how to take care of my burn. Easy to discuss it with her.
