The wait was long. the attention to my words was quick and helpful. I was there in the afternoon, thus the longer wait time.

Quick, effective diagnosis and easy explanation of treatment
Very one there was kind and understanding. I did not have to wait long to see the doctor. The doctor was compassionate and knowledgeable.
Dr Williams was very professional and caring. A nice change from most "doc in a box" experiences where the doctor is impersonal and matter of fact. Dr Williams made me wish she only worked at the emergency clinic part-time and had her own office.
