All went smooth. Didn't wait, received good care and prompt follow up after visit. For a minor fracture, it was far better experience than ER would have been. In the event I need urgent care again, I would come back

As a cranky ex-NYCer used to world-class health care, I went in with low expectations. However, I was very impressed with the professionalism of everyone I met: receptionist, technician, and PA, who quickly identified the somewhat complex issue. I was even more impressed when I got 2 unexpected phone calls from them in the following days to tell me about follow up appointments they had scheduled for me with specialists! Highly recommended.
