The care was good the wait time to see a physician was 2 hours before I even got to see a doctor. Then come to find out I had the flu but was past the window of time to treat it but still given tamiflu and ended up in the hospital with pneumonia the next day! Spent 3 days in the hospital on heavy antibiotics and was told the physician who saw me at the walk in should have sent me to the nearest emergency room and not home with tamiflu!
Nurse practitioners Angie and Heather cared a lot about how to best help me with my pneumonia. I am feeling much better in just a few days. I would definitely recommend this practice.

I was there for 3 hours and spent about 5 minutes with the doctor. I told the nurse about the wait but she didn’t seem to care. After that, I sent my daughter to get my prescription and they forgot to get it to the pharmacy. I called many times but they never answered the phone. I had to go back there and ask them to send my prescription again. Very disorganized and slow.
Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Left facility with good directions. Dr Jenna Tilley was very knowledgeable.

I represent my 93 year old aunt who was seen for congestion & cold/flu symptoms. I appreciated that each staff member that was involved, treated her with respect & kindness.
I did not have to wait very long. The tech and doctor were both very efficient and knowledgeable. Only bad outcome is had to go to hospital.
