The staff was friendly and helpful,did not have to wait long to be seen, overall I found everyone professional and helpful.

Friendly stuff who provides client oriented service. The doctor took time to answer my questions and was very thorough. I didn’t feel rushed and everyone was super helpful.
The staff was very friendly and understood that I was in a lot of pain with a very bad back. I had been to Urgent care that morning but after 3 hours of waiting was told they couldn't help me. So my wife said we're going to the Healthplex ER where I've been seen before. I had good experiences then and did this time too. Dr McJennet realized I didn't need a bunch of test just something to ease the pain and gave me a referral to an orthopedic surgeon.
Quick friendly service. Very professional and informative medical care.
