Everybody was so kind. The doctor was thorough and understanding. The wait time was less than 15 minutes.

The service was great. Waiting time was less than 30 minutes. Staff was very professional. This was my first time going to TGH urgent care. I would recommend this facility for an emergency if you can see your own physician.
Very easy and quick. Made an appointment and was seen right away. Was in and out in less than 45 minutes with a solution. Staff was friendly (especially the front desk!) and helpful.

Jenna Tillett, APRN, is very professional, caring, friendly and very compassionate. She takes her time with me and explained and discussed everything I needed to know. She has a great smile, made me feel welcomed, she is my angel ! I am very happy and grateful that I went to this facility, the staff is friendly and caring.
Even though it was busy while I was there, I was still treated in a reasonable amount of time. The Dr and Asst were very thorough. I left with scripts called in for my bronchitis and sinus infection. Very pleased. Every time I go there I’m very satisfied.
Music is too loud in the lobby when you're in pain and looking for medical treatment it is not soothing music At all I thought they were having a party. I could not even hardly think to fill out the forms I was in pain the music was blasting it made me want to leave. Parking at that location sucks you all need to have specific parking spaces I had to hobble from all the way down the street because of all the traffic at Armature works.
Friendly staff, clean facility. In and out in a short time.
