Went there for mouth pain, receptionist was very helpful and friendly, great team overall, dr had my antibiotics waiting for me when I got to drugstore!
Avoid Alyssa Doring, NP. When a patient comes in with green discharge, headache and pressure behind both eyes is a no brainer sinus infection, I am 50 and have had them throughout my life, she wanted to proscribe nasal spray to see what happens, missed this one big time. She needs more training, last time I will go there and will tell everyone I know to avoid, it was a jaw dropping experience, the front staff was nice, she was not.
It was my first visit, and hopefully I won’t need your services again, but if I do I won’t hesitate to use your services again. The people were caring, very pleasant, and knowledgeable. The PA was very good about making sure I was in no pain and gladly gave me another shot when I felt pain.

So glad the Wesley Chapel clinic was open on New Years Day. Most urgent centers were not, so thank you!
With hand 2 swollen bites like on hand did not give antibiotics said don't know what caused swelling. if no better see doctor in 2 days. ? we are from va. this is fla. 2 days later went to cvs said bite gave antibiotics told to soak in epsom salt 4 times a day. Visit useless money wasted and hand got wore waiting 2 days. You should refund visit cost. freedomusa4u@aol.com
Nursing staff was very good but be very specific that they know where you want your prescription called and know the time. Frame it is called in. Also make sure you give the specific number you want the office to reach you if there is a problem.
It took 2.5, almost 3 hours to see someone.
Went in for a pre-employment physical. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and professional. My wait time to get in was quite reasonable as this was a walk-in appointment. If this is a representation of normal practices at this location, I would recommend this cli to ic to anyone needing urgent care services.
