An addendum to my previous response. If Mark would have examined me he would have diagnosed shingles and started acyclovir. But I have had to suffer through the pain until today when I saw my PCP. Too late to be started on acyclovir. Thank you Mark for your incompetence.
Need more than 1 provider during the sick season. Sick patients should use mask. Lysol use needed! Washing of hands, gloves needed for Triage personnel.
The waiting room was full and the wait was a bit long but the care was very good. It is only the second time I have had to use Urgent Care and the first time in Florida. I was favorably impressed.

I was able to book an appt 1 hour before I needed to be seen. I was seen within 30 min of my appt time. The NP was great, made a spot on diagnosis! She forwarded me to E/R to get a CT scan thankfully bcz she was correct and I was admitted for surgery. I am home on the mend and send thanks to all of the compassionate, efficient staff at the Sheldon Rd, Tampa facility.
I was treated with respect and in a courteous manner. I saw the nurse practitioner within 50 minutes on a busy day when so many of us had viruses or respiratory infections. I am thankful for this walk in option.
