I made an appointment and the team was great at diagnosing me and I was out in an hour.
The overall experience was good. My issues was not completely resolved until I reached out to my primary care doctor. This was my second visit here. Depending on the situation, I would probably visit this location again verses the ER.
I had used Fast Track Urgent Care once in the past several months ago and was very pleased. So in this most recent instance when I needed urgent care, I opted to go to Fast Track again versus an urgent care facility I previously used. Was very pleased with the fast check-in and only waited a few minutes before being seen. Jennifer Moore evaluated my concern and pointed me in the right direction concerning immediate relief and recommended follow up by an orthopaedic doctor. sTAFF AND PHYSICIAN WERE IN TINE TO MY NEEDS AND AND TREATED ME QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY.
No waiting. Doctor took her time to help me with my problems. She seemed to really care. I would definitely use Fast Track again.
