The Receptionist has excellent customer service, and the PA is efficient and friendly.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was not left waiting for long. The practitioner who saw me was nice and explained everything to me about the medication I would need to take.
My only complaint was the tech that came in At the end of my appointment to deliver a splint for my foot. The brace was so loose that by the time i got to car it was falling off my foot. Her statement was she didn't know what my pain level was. I don't think she had a clue how it should fit. perhaps a lesson on splints or braces is in order.
Provider Mark seemed totally disinterested in my problem. He never palpated nor looked at the area of my pain. He sat there and yawned. Ordered a urinalysis which was negative but sent it for a culture which was negative. Ordered a dose pack which took 2 days and finally a call from my pharmacy to get it filled. Will NEVER return here nor recommend any. New to the area, I couldn’t get an apt with my PCP, so chose to go this facility. Very sorry I did.
Great experience! Great customer service! The PA that I saw took care of my medical needs quickly and truly seemed to care. I was also able to get my prescription right there at the clinic! I will only go to this urgent care in the future!
