Staff was friendly and was seen quickly. After 3 emergencies took place. Gave samples of what would help as well as coupons. Copay was great as they accepted my insurance. Will return instead of the emergency room!
Fast and Efficient
Couldn’t get my daughter into her pediatrician, so I brought her in for ear pain. We were in and out super quick. From the front desk, to the nurse, to the doctor, everyone was very pleasant and at the same time, very efficient. My daughter said she loved that doctors office!
All personnel was friendly and professional. Did not have to wait at all. Medication provided is working and I am feeling better.
The nurse practitioner I had was very knowledgeable, thorough and explained everything to me. She not only knew exactly how to treat me but also ordered a nebulizer for home use that I have had to use daily. I am still on the mend but I thank the staff for being friendly & knowledgeable. The two secretaries up front, one was friendly the other one that is African American could definitely stand to be a lot friendlier.
