Quick, courteous and addressed my needs.
I was very pleased with the service provided. The wait time was about average. The staff were friendly and very efficient.
Everything when Great, Only Problem was with the prescription order. It was sent to walgreens when I went to pickup they did not have request, I went back to your location and advised them they resent, Walgreens had the second time. so a Mis-Communication somewhere. Why mention because this was the Second time this had happened.
Went to fast track as I had a long lingering cough and cold. Saw an excellent PA there who was very thorough and diagnosed me with a severe sinus infection. Prescribed antibiotics and am now on the mend. Total time there was a little over an hour.
More experienced staff would be beneficial. However, the experience was pleasant overall.

I arrived a fee minutes before my scheduled appointment time. Check in was a breeze, however I had to wait a while before I was seen by the attending physician.
Facility was clean and well organized. Front desk staff were efficient but not welcoming. Wait time was excessive (1+ hour). PA Hope Zak was fantastic. Meds prescribed were available in-house which was a good thing, as I felt very out of sorts and did not feel like driving to a pharmacy. Overall, I appreciated the convenience of Fast Track TGH on a Sunday. Thank you.
The people that I came into contact with knew what they were doing. The experience was great which is very good because I don’t like going to the doctor
