I met with a PA named Jerimiah. He was intelligent and professional. He offered two options for my issue and discussed both with me to make a decision with him. I appreciated that since it made me feel as if I had a role in my care.

The two young ladies at the front desk were not friendly. One lady in particular was surly and when I commented on something she had said she flatly told me "I wasn't talking to you, I was talking to her" (meaning the other receptionist), well then don't be talking to the other women while you are checking ME in! Also I waited for 2 hours and watched as all the people before me were seen, along with 3 people who arrived AFTER me!
