Great, fast service & a whole lot better then going to the ER
I usually have a good experience at this location, but there was a disconnect between the urgent care and the pharmacy. My prescription was never received at the pharmacy. I had to call back to urgent care twice to have it resent. This delayed my pickup of an antibiotic by almost a day. The facility is clean & the staff is prompt & courteous, however on this occasion, I was not happy with the speed at which they attempted to correct their mistake.
Love Gandy location!!!! Very clean, friendly, knowledgeable staff!! Used the facility twice, addressed concerns. Recommend highly.

I am from MD and was here visiting my grandkids when I needed to see the doctor. He was awesome, explained everything to me, sent me for tests. His diagnosis was spot on! I will always come here when I'm in Tampa and in need if medical care!
