The experience was a disconnected one. I had gone to one TGH urgent care on gunn highway for respiratory symptoms and a cold. I was told I needed an x-ray but there was no x ray tech on hand to take the x-ray. So l was sent to the Westchase TGH urgent care. There I had the x-ray done and I was called that night by the nurse practitioner with the results and with instructions to go see my primary care in three days. Fast and efficient.
When i made my turn it took 2 hrs and it was because I ask how much longer the reason I went there was for a drug screen test for a new job and the only thing was only to urinate in a cup.
