For close to two weeks I had pain in my buttocks area with increasing severity. On Sunday I had had enough and decided to go to Fast Track where I had two previous good experiences. I knew that I could get an xray if I needed to. I was attended to as soon as I arrived and then examined by ARNP Cheryl Newcomb. Her diagnoses seemed to be accurate. I was xrayed to be sure. Arrived late near closing time and staff was so accommodating to make me feel it was not a problem. All introduced themselves and explained their roles. Double checked my information before prescribing. Care was handled very efficiently while listening attentively. Genuinely compassionate and got me on the way to getting better quickly. Service was pretty good. Had to wait about 20 minutes after being triaged, i think they were seeing another patient. What really bothered me was that I had to fill out on the form what pharmacy I wanted to use, then I was asked 2- 3 other times what pharmacy I wanted to use. Why didn't anyone read the chart?? I get it that you want to make sure it goes to the right place, by what can't you read the chart?
