Excellent customer service. Medical team friendly and thorough but not overly aggressive. Will make Fast Track my go to for minor urgent care!
I did not like having to lie about my symptoms and say I was sick with a cold in order to book an appointment on line through the Fast Track system. It felt dishonest. I felt like I was being chastised for wanting a Covid-19 test when I had be in close constant contact with someone that had Covid-19, but did not have the results back even though we knew his girlfriend had tested positive and he did actually test positive in the end.

From the front desk, nursing staff and my provider, I was treated with dignity and respect. My provider listened to the reason I was there, incorporated my thoughts in the plan of care, then assisted with cost effective ways to pay for my medication after discharge. This is excellence care coordination at it’s finest.
super friendly and comforting staff
The staff was very kind. I have a hemeroid. My problem was that the doctor didn't even look at it. She just asked me some questions and prescribed me some cream. Even though it's a common condition, I would assume the doctor would at least look at the problem so it can be diagnosed. The doctor took 0% effort in examining the problem. Shame on you
