practioner was very dismissive. didn't listen to what i had to say. felt very rushed.
I arrived early but they still took care of me, After the paper work, I was promptly treated by PA. She explained everything and treated me. She then recommended sevisiting an ENT doctor.
I love this clinic i have been there 3 different times and every visit has been great, front the front desk to the triage and visit With the Nurse practitioners...
Basically ok. Only problem was the long wait between sign in and the procedure. The physian fault not the facility. Would have been good if I was kept informed.
Very poorly organized and that they sent us to Wesley Chapel and we live in Brandon.On sight staff was poorly organized. We drove through this site three different times before someone came out to offer their assistance. The staff seem to be very ill prepaired and very ill-mannered. They have four staff members on site to take a covid-19. And yet had four vehicles backed up after we arrived.
Informative and safe
Everyone was professional, friendly and efficient. My only complaint, and a minor one, is that my procedure did not start until 1 and 1\2 hours past scheduled start time and I was not kept apprised of the delay and reason for it.
Tested For COVID at the same time as my mother and still don’t have my results. This is day 5 of waiting for my results. Hopefully will get them soon
Getting an appointment was easy & protective measures were appropriate for their patients
