There was a glitch in my paperwork but they figured it out and I was able to be tested.
I had difficulty making my online appointment. When I arrived at Urgent Care the staff was very helpful in getting me scheduled for the same day. The staff were friendly and service was great!
My visit with my doctor was great, she was friendly and kind! I would recommend her. BUT the front desk.... I had made an appointment online the night before for 8:45, I walk in the door and the lady at the front desk does not greet me and tells me she can’t not take me until 9:45 because I did not arrive 15 minutes early meanwhile I arrived 7 minutes early. Instead of compromising with a guest who was sick she continued to be aggressive and rude. -Nicole Morris
