Check-in process was well communicated prior to surgery. Friendly staff. Every member introduced themselves and their role. Staff answered questions before & after procedure. I was monitored closely post anesthesia. Staff communicated with family immediately after procedure & prior to discharge.
I was 1 minute late for an online 10:15 appointment, so they rescheduled me at 12:15. I was not seen until 1:30, which is ridiculous. Why enforce exact punctuality on the patient's arrival time if you are not going to be punctual in seeing the patient.
Very good service, though wait time long. Was there 90” for two Covid tests.
It was a very good experience from check- in until check-out. The nurse was very nice and efficient. The doctor was thorough and very nice as well. I would highly recommend this urgent care.

I was quickly attended to. Everyone I dealt with was very professional. The Dr quickly diagnosed my issue and called me the next day to follow up and make sure the medication she prescribed helped with my symptoms. Could not have been a better experience.
