I can't even count how many times I have visited their facilities, in fact we joke about it everytime we go there. The staff is always friendly and courteous, always great service in my experience. And typically we are in and out within and hour after we arrive.
The PA Neil was very thorough and informative. Wait wasn't too bad. I registered online and thought it 'put me in line' like other Urgent Cares I have been to but that is not the case. You need to give someone credit for registering online and make it worthwhile.
It was ok I think the doctor didn't take me seriously. It seems like he didn't think my back soreness is real
The doc was fine, but your “first impression” personnel not so much. Dirty RR with no paper towels in the machine.

This Urgent Care is the best I have used in the area. The are friendly, efficient and everyone there is always professional and cares. I would highly recommend them for both adult and child healthcare needs.
Extremely caring nurse every visit and wait time is minimal.
The wait for having appointment was over two hours. Wish receptionist would have told me. However Cheryl the ARNP was worth the wait.
